These terms govern your use of https://automatamind.com (the “site”), operated by AutomataMind LLC (“AutomataMind”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

What we do

AutomataMind designs and builds custom software and AI automation for field-service businesses, and provides ongoing optimization and support. The site describes our services and lets you request a free operations audit. Submitting a form is a request to start a conversation, not a binding agreement. Project scope, pricing, and any guarantees are set out in a separate written agreement.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the AutomataMind name and logo are owned by AutomataMind and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of custom systems we build for a client is defined in that client’s engagement agreement.

No guarantee of results

Information on the site is provided for general purposes. Any performance commitments, including the 21-Day Launch Assurance, apply only to clients under a signed engagement and on the terms stated in that agreement. Outcomes depend on factors specific to each business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomataMind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
